ALAN MCLEOD
Alan has several years of successful general contracting experience and has an unrivaled dedication to customer satisfaction. As a Layout Specialist and an Operating Engineer by trade, Alan is keenly aware of safety issues and as Director of Safety has logged more than 30 years without a lost time accident.
Alan’s on-the-ground project management style ensures a high level of commitment during each step of a project from concept through to completion with a keen awareness and dedication to timelines, dependencies and milestones. His customer relations and rapport with construction trades enable satisfaction at all levels of the project.
ADRIAN BATES
Adrian's dedication to Estimating and Project Management is second to none in the industry.
Adrian began work in the construction trade as a carpenter and through education and years of experience received the Construction Estimator Certified designation through the CIQS. This career path has afforded Adrian with a unique insight to the overall construction process. Adrian's project management style, characterized by clarity in communication, attention to detail and focus, provides the customer with full confidence and assurance that targets set are met.
Adrian has experience with multiple projects throughout Ontario and is a Member of the Ontario Institute of Quantity Surveyors (O.I.Q.S.) and is a Construction Estimator Certified (CEC).
